Thanks for your support on EarFun. Please accept our sincere apology, if delay, or other issues happens to your shipment recently. 

Since the COVID-19 hasn't to be controlled effectively, the international logistic is taking steps beyond our expectation, The logistic efficiency is much slower than usual, especially in European. Meanwhile, there are Some European countries don't support distribute via Amazon logistic temporary. Don't worry, our team have contact with Amazon team for solutions, and will figure it out asap. 

Please be aware that your order may take more time to delivery than usual. Thanks for your support and patient.


1. General Shipping Information:

1) We will arrange the shipment every Wednesday. (For orders which we will ship from amazon EU/US/JP warehouse, the shipment will be arranged every day. )

2) We cannot ship items to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

3) Shipments subject to carrier performance restrictions. This includes but is not limited to; severe weather, natural disasters, and other conditions beyond our control. 

4) In addition to transit time, there may be processing time.
