Step1: Clean the contacts of the earbuds and the charging case with alcohol cotton swab first;
Step2: Press the earbuds with forces and then rotate the earbud around in the case several times in order to rub the contacts and strengthen the connection between the earbuds and the charging case.
Step3: Charge them around 1.5 hour to try it out. (Ensure the case has enough battery life simultaneously).

Note: Please dry the earbuds before you put them back into the charging case. Sweat or water on the earbuds might cause short circuit and damage the product during charging.

No 1. Wrap the earbud with your hands, then blow air into the inner membrane of the earbud several times to have a try. To provide better sound, the sealing of our headphones is better than that of other headphones when the volume is reduced, perhaps because of the air pressure. When you take it off from your ear, the sound pressure deforms the sound membrane.

No 2. Use toothpicks to gently clean out the part near the caps from dusts or wax, clean with cotton swab alcohol and then rub them with clean napkins to have a try cause accumulated dust or wax on the caps would block out or diminish the volume.

No 3. If the above suggestions don't work, we suggest you use a small brush to scrub, rinse the earbuds, then shake water off the earbuds and dry them for 2 days to have a try.

Yes, and the audio will automatically restart when the earbuds are put back in.
If audio pauses while wearing, please ensure the earbuds are securely in place.

Please be aware that EarFun Air is equipped with capacitive in-ear detection technology. Only when the earbuds are properly worn, the touch control shall be enabled and meanwhile music will be automatically played, while the earbuds are not properly worn or not in the ears, the touch control shall hence be disabled and music will pause as well.

Option A:
Step 1. Place the earbuds back into the charging case and make sure they are being charged. Keep the cover open and then press and hold the charging case button for 2 seconds until the LED indicators on earbuds flash in blue rapidly.
Step 2. Search on the new device and connect.
Option B
Step 1. Unpair the earbud from the Bluetooth-enabled device when it’s connected. The earbud will lose Bluetooth connection to the current device and enter into pairing mode.
Step 2. Search on the new device and connect.

Step 1. Place the earbuds into the charging case and make sure they are being charged.
Step 2. Keep the charging case open, then press and hold the charging case button for 5 seconds until the LED indicator on both earbuds flash in purple 3 times.
Step 3. Delete the old connection from the Bluetooth device and reconnect “EarFun Air.”

Put the earbuds into the charging case, close the charging case cover, and then open again to see if it triggers a connection. If not, try the tips below:
Step 1. Forget the pairing record on your device.
Step 2. Reset the earbuds. See "How do I reset EarFun Air?"
Step 3. Pair as if for the first time, then put the earbuds back into the charging case, close it and open it to see if the earbuds reconnect to the last paired device.

Yes, put the case on the wireless charging pad and make sure it is centrally aligned. The LEDs breathe red to indicate charging.

Yes, the earbuds have IPX7 & SweatShield™ tech for fully waterproof and sweatproof, but the charging case doesn't support.

Yes. Touch and hold the L earbud decreases the volume while touch and hold the R could increase it.
