This is my 4th version of Earfun® product.😁 I have one in the ear noise cancelling set (for mowing & yard work). One bone conducting ear set for athletic activities which allows ambient noise by not filling the ear canals. One set of clip on the ear for other activities which also allows ambient noise by not filling the ear canals. All of these work fantastic and have their niche. I am impressed with this MFG.These new headphones, over the ear style are plush and have amazing sound. They are well built and are aesthetically pleasing as well as soft and comfortable on your ears and head. The sound quality has mentioned before is fantastic, and has several settings from allowing ambient noise to be heard to full noise canceling. There's even an AI option to use translation of languages. Also has a nice hardcase.😉I have many headphones, it may be a problem I have😬. I have many manufacturers from Beats® to Aftershokz. This brand, Earfun has equal sound quality at fractions of the price. I've liked all of these so much that I have purchased variants of the brand and gifted them to family members. This is a review for the EarFun Wave Pro X over-ear headphones.

These are my second pair of EarFun headphones. I first got a set of their earbuds after seeing reviews that said they offered good value for the price, and that experience made me more open to trying these over-ear headphones.

So far, these are lovely. The sound is good, they are very comfortable, and they feel like a strong option if you want full-size headphones without jumping all the way into the much more expensive premium brands.

Comfort is one of the biggest positives for me. Over-ear headphones can get annoying quickly if they clamp too hard or feel heavy, but these are easy to wear. The ear cups feel comfortable, and the fit works well for longer listening.

The sound quality is also strong. I am not trying to compare them to high-end audiophile headphones, but for normal music, videos, calls, and everyday listening, they sound very good. They have enough detail and fullness that I enjoy using them instead of feeling like I am just settling for a budget option.

I also like that EarFun seems to focus on value. These are not cheap throwaway headphones, but they still feel reasonably priced for the comfort, sound, and features you get.

At the listed price of $129.99, or less with the coupon, I think these are a good buy. Based on my experience with both their earbuds and now these over-ear headphones, EarFun has become a brand I trust for solid sound and comfort at a fair price. Show Full Review

I am not a true audiophile, so I'll let the other reviews on the quality of various aspects of the sound serve to help those with concerns about that.

I have owned the Bose ANC over-the-ear headphones before, but I passed those along to my daughter because I didn't use them often enough and after about an hour I always felt like I needed to take them off or my head (which is fairly small) was going to pop.

Anyway, those did a nice job of drowning out roofing sounds when we got a new roof in the middle of my busy work season.

So for me, these are a comparison to those and they hold their own in every way. While I can tell that music sounded differently on my previous pair, it also sounds good in these EarWave Pro headphones.

They are easy to connect and I love that I can have them connected to two devices at once - though it took a little playing with the setings on one of my phones for me to get them to play on that phone while also connected to my other one (those were settings in my phone itself and not the EarFun app.)

These don't hurt my head after prolonged use and the ANC feature is quite good! I turned on the ANC today during a football came and I didn't hear a peep from the TV and didn't hear my husband when he started talking to me, either. There are two other settings - one where you really do hear the external sounds, one where you don't hear much at all and something kind of in between.

When you have ANC on, you can also set it up for various modes - "ear adaptive", "envirnoment adaptive" or "wind noise cancelling" - great for wearing outdoors on a windy day. If you don't like any of the modes you can also manually adjust the amount of ANC - I love being able to adjust the amount of noise I want to drown out.

When playing music you can also adjust sounds easily in the app - though as I admitted before I'm not skilled in that area but I still enjoyed playing with that some to make songs sound a little differently. The equalizer mode has settings for various genres of music or also that manual adjustment that I had a little fun playing with.

These are feature-rich, comfortable, easy-to-use ANC over-the-ear headphones that are a great value under $150 at the time of this review. They also come with a great hard-sided case that includes a charging cable (USB-A to USB-C) and an Aux 3.5mm cord. Show Full Review
