Step1: Press the earbuds with forces to eliminate loose contact with the case and keep them in ready place for a couple of times;
Step2: Use a toothpick to gently clean the three metal contacts on the earbuds and charging case to avoid dust or wax stains;
Step3: Clean the contacts of the earbuds and the charging case with alcohol cotton swab; (especially the earbuds);
Step4: Rub them with clean napkins and charge them for around 1.5 hours to try it out. (Ensure the case has enough battery life simultaneously).

Note: Please dry the earbuds before you put them back into the charging case. Sweat or water on the earbuds might cause short circuit and damage the product during charging.

Below are the suggestions for your ref.

No 1. Wrap the earbud with your hands, then blow air into the inner membrane of the earbud several times to have a try. To provide better sound, the sealing of our headphones is better than that of other headphones when the volume is reduced, perhaps because of the air pressure. When you take it off from your ear, the sound pressure deforms the sound membrane.

No 2. Clean the earbuds regularly. You can use a dry and soft brush to gently clean out the part near the caps from dust or wax and then rub them with clean napkins cause accumulated dust or wax on the caps would block out or diminish the volume. (Note: Don't clean the caps with alcohol or Peroxide cause they will dissolve glue chemically and then the membrane will fall.)

No 3. Plz try taking off the ear tips to see if the volume is still the same. Otherwise, it may be resulted from the deformation of the ear tips and you may need to check and switch ear tips we offer to you to try to resolve. If still it's the case, then it has something to do with the earbuds themselves.

If the earbuds become disconnected or have other problems, you can reset and reconnect to resolve. Kindly check the below reset and reconnect instructions for ref.
Step 1: Unpair EarFun Free from your Bluetooth-enabled device and delete the old connection on your device.
Step 2: Pick up the earbuds from the case and press the buttons for 2s at least to power off until they flash in red.
Step 3: Press and hold the button on each earbud simultaneously for at least 8s until they flash in purple (Do press until they flash in purple. If not, they aren't reset successfully.)
Step 4: Place it back into the case and remove it again to start reconnecting (or press the earbuds to manually power the earbuds on)

Step1: Take out R and L earbuds from the case, and they will automatically enter into pairing mode(flash blue).
Step2: Activate Bluetooth on your Bluetooth-enabled device and search for other Bluetooth devices.
Step3: Select "EarFun Free" from the Bluetooth devices shown to connect( if a password is needed, type “0000”).

Place both earbuds back in the charging case and close it, then take them both out and try again. If this doesn't fix the problem, try resetting the Earfun Free.

Please put the charging case on a wireless charging pad or connect it to Type C charging cable to charge until all four lights are illuminated.

By default, press and hold the L/R earbud for 2s will activate Siri or Google Assistant. You’ll hear a tone and the microphone on your earbuds will activate so you can say a command.
Note: Please make sure to set up the assistant on your device first, or voice activation on the earbuds will not work.

You can use EarFun Free earbuds for Skype, WhatsApp, and other audio or music features on your device.

First, pair your EarFun Free earbuds to your device. Once connected, you may need to select your earbuds as the default playback and output device in the audio settings of your device’s operating system. Your earbuds have to be on and connected in order to show up in your device’s sound settings.

Mac
From the Apple menu, select System Preferences.
Open the Sound preference pane.
Select the Output tab.
Select EarFun Free.
Select the Input tab.
Select EarFun Free.

PC with built-in Bluetooth
Open your Control Panel.
Select Hardware and Sound.
Select Manage audio devices (under Sound).
Select “EarFun Free” and click Set Default.
Click OK.

EarFun Free earbuds will remain on as long as they are connected to a device. If no audio is in use, they will enter power-saving mode and wake up once audio is played. If the earbuds are not connected with any devices, they will automatically shut off in 15 minutes.

No, the earbuds are 100% IPX7 sweat & waterproof, but the charging case is not waterproof.
